Naomi Quantum Chronicles ("the App") respects and protects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect

The App is designed primarily for offline play — **all core content (story, dungeons, growth, gacha) works fully without a network connection**. Online features (leaderboards, PVP, Star City, auction house, Quantum Devourer board) are optional.

1.1 What We Do NOT Collect

• We do not require an account or any personal identity information
• We do not collect your name, email, or phone number
• We do not track your location
• We do not collect advertising identifiers (IDFA) and do not perform ad tracking
• We do not embed any third-party advertising or analytics SDKs

1.2 Data Uploaded When You Use Online Features

Only when you **actively use** the online leaderboard features, the App uploads the following game data to our leaderboard server (Seoul, South Korea, hosted by Alibaba Cloud):

• **Your self-chosen save nickname** (the display name you type in-game)
• Game progress data: power, level, party character summaries, equipped title, gear summaries, dungeon progress, Star City occupation records, Quantum Devourer kill records

This data is used solely for leaderboard display and online matchmaking. It is never sold or shared with third parties.

1.3 In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The App offers optional in-app purchases (gem packs) and an auto-renewable subscription (Star Sea Membership):

• **All transactions are processed directly by Apple (StoreKit)**. We never see, collect, or store your payment information (credit card numbers, billing addresses)
• To deliver purchased content and prevent duplicate grants, the App sends the **transaction ID** together with your save ID to our server for verification and redelivery purposes only
• Subscription status is governed by Apple's records; you can manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID account settings

1.4 AI Guide (Little Nao)

When you use the "Little Nao" Q&A feature, the text of your question is sent to an AI service provider (Moonshot AI) to generate an answer. Questions contain no personal identity information — only necessary game progress summaries (e.g. level, power). Please do not enter personal information into your questions.

1.5 Server Logs

For operations and security, our servers keep standard access logs (IP address, request time, API path). Logs are used only for troubleshooting and abuse prevention and are retained for up to 30 days.

2. Local Data Storage

Your game progress and settings are stored primarily on your device. Uninstalling the App deletes this local data. Data already uploaded to the leaderboard (see 1.2) remains on our server; contact us with your save ID if you want it deleted.

Apart from the above, the App embeds no third-party advertising, tracking, or analytics services.

4. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. If you are under 13, please use the App with a parent's or guardian's consent and supervision.

5. Your Rights

You may:

• Request access to the leaderboard data we hold about you (provide your save ID)
• Request deletion of your leaderboard data and saves
• Request that we stop using your data

Material changes to this policy will be announced in-app. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
